  • What are your business hours?

    Our Office hours are from 6 AM to 11 PM. However we provide service 24 hours and our chauffeurs work hard day and night. Please reserve 24 hours before pickup to confirm the booking and get a ride at non-business hours. 

  • How do I book?

    You can book at our wesbite at the second tab "Book Online" Please ener the service type, pickup and dropoff address, vehicle type and enter the payment method. Note: Payment wont be charged  until the booking is confirmed by one of our representatives.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all main credit cards, Mastercards, Visa, Debit Cards, Amex Card, Zelle, Cash. Note: Checks are only accepted from Business accounts. 

  • Where do you serve?

    We serve in NYC, NJ, Connecticut, Los Angeles, Dubai, London, Miami, Chicago, Boston, Washington DC, Virginia, Philadelphia, and Maryland.  We are trying to grow our service by getting trusted affiliate partners from across the globe. 

  • Are your prices same for every Market Area?

    No, we charge competitive prices in every city. Prices in DUBAI and London are only first-class due to Maybach vehicles and popularity.

  • How long have you been in business?

    Mr. Singh started as a chauffeur in 2008, where he was met with many opportunities. After working 4 years as a chauffeur, Mr. Singh saw the opportunity to start US Global Limousine, where he could serve first class service and maintain a reputation in the industry. 

  • What if I no longer need the ride and want to cancel?

    If the job is not confirmed by an member at our team, you can call us and we will cancel your request right away. However if the job is confirmed, you should call 24 hours before pickup time to cancel the ride. After 24 hours, the job will be a no show and you will be charged 100% of the  payment. 

  • What if my pickup of drop-off address change

    You can call us anytime to change the pickup or dropoff address. We will tell you the price difference and send you the new confirmation right away. If you are already in the vehicle and want to change the dropoff address, please tell the chauffeur. The chauffeur will go to the new dropoff address. After the job is completed, the chauffer will contact the dispatch team and inform them about the change. After that, the team will call you to explain any extra charges you might owe. 

  • What if I need inside pickup?

    When booking a ride from the Airport, at the summary section enter in your flight details and select the pickup option. You can choose curbside, where you will go outside the Airport and meet the chauffeur or Inside Meet and Greet. With Meet and Greet, the chauffeur will meet you at the baggage claim area, holding a digital sign with your name. Chauffeur will also help with the luggauge and lead you to the vehicle. 

  • How can I trust US Global Limousine and its chauffeurs when I have an important meeting or a flight to catch?

    As you may know accidents do happens but at US Global Limousine, we try our best to aviod them. We track our chauffers location constantly to make sure they reach the pickup location on time. If a chauffeur is stuck in traffic or have another problem, we quicky switch the job to another chauffeur near the pickup adress. We have more than 1000+ chauffeurs and 20 affiliate companies in our network that you wont be late no matter what!

  • What if I need a car seat?

    We provide all types of car seat at free of cost! Pleae select the type of car seat when booking online. 

  • How does wait time work?

    If you have point to point service, you will get 15 minutes of free wait time. After that, you will be charged for the wait time or the job will be a no show. For Domestic Flights, wait time is 30 minutes and it starts after the flight has arrived at the gate. This means if the flight was suppose to land for example at 6:00 pm but is now delay and lands at 6:39 pm, the wait time will start at 6:39 and you wont be charged for the delay. For international flights the included wait time is 60 minutes. 

  • What if I know airport immigration will take time and I don't want to pay for wait time? (BUFFER TIME)

    If you know It will take time for you to get cleared through customs and want to save wait time, you can add a buffer. For example, if your flight is estimated to land at 5:00 pm, but you know it will take you around 1 hour through customs but are still not sure, you can add a buffer for 30 minutes. This means the chauffeur will come at 5:30 PM and your wait time will start 1 hour after 5:30 PM. If your flight is delayed or early, the buffer time will stay the same but change accordingly to the flight's estimated time. For example, if your buffer time is 15 minutes: you want the chauffeur to come at 3:15 pm when the flight is landing at 3 PM, but then the flight arrives early at 2:50 pm, the new buffer time will now be 15 minutes ahead of 2:50 PM. 

  • Why do you need my flight information?

    Our dispatch team and chauffeurs countuniously track the flight to make sure the chauffeur arrives on time and to make up for any flight delays or arriving before time. When going to the airport, we need your flight information, so the chauffeur can drop you at the right terminal. 

  • Should I tip my chauffeur?

    20% Gratuity is included in the price and all of it goes to the chauffeur. Tipping is not required. However, if you think the chauffeur went beyond execptional service, you could tip extra as it is your choice.
